BOOKING DETAILS

Sleeps: Up to 5 guests.

Minimum stay: 3 nights subject to season.

Flexible Check in days apart from Sundays, peak season Saturdays only.

Booking deposit: 25% at the time of booking. Payable by major cards.

When booking please state in the extras what beds will be needed otherwise the beds may not be made up for you.

Balancing payments: Remaining balance payable eight weeks prior to arrival. In the case of booking within eight weeks of arrival, full payment is to be made at the time of booking.

Damage deposit: A damage deposit of £100 will be taken and will show as 'Additional Costs' on your booking form, this will be refunded within 10 working days after your departure date. Should the apartment need extra cleaning or there are items broken then this will be taken from the deposit.

Arrive/depart: Check-in: 4pm. Check-out: 10am.

Access: 24/7 with key safe.

Parking: Two off road parking space, for medium length cars, is available to use with the property.
